Hello Everyone!

I am proud to announce my new Gluten Free recipe book, Learn to Cook the Gluten Free Way, is now available via Amazon on eBook and paperback! You can also order a copy from Ebay, shipping worldwide!

I have spent over 18 months, experimenting, designing and mastering these recipes.  Each one individually studied and carefully created by me, from scratch!

All the gluten free recipes were created in a small, compact kitchen with minimal resources. No studio and no special lighting for the photographs so if i can do it, anyone can.

Inside, the book includes recipes from sauces, soups, desserts, pastries, sponges, tarts, traditional English dishes and afternoon teas!

I have dedicated my time into creating tantalisingly tasty, unique and fresh gluten free food for people following a gluten free lifestyle.

Suitable for all ages, especially the children!

For more information you can read the Introduction on Amazon.

Do you have Coeliac Disease?

Before many Coeliacs are diagnosed, they go through periods of time where they are very ill, constant stomach pains are the norm and not knowing what to do or what’s wrong. One day you can be fit as a fiddle and the next feeling very unwell and on the toilet! For a lot of people in this society, not dealing with their issues and brushing them aside seems to be the feasible action to take. However, help and advice are out there. Do your own research, cross reference the symptoms that your suffering to different allergies. You may find that your slightly allergic to a type of food. For example: pasta. You may find that you have a trigger, something that you eat or do that makes you feel worse. Write it down and see a doctor.

Educating the world is not done over night. Making people more aware of what Coeliac Disease is can help ease thousands of peoples suffering and they can acquire the much needed support and guidance to manage this condition. Don’t be alarmed by “disease”. You are not contagious nor require quarantine. It is simply an autoimmune condition caused by an abnormal immune reaction to the protein gluten. This causes an “intolerance” to gluten: Foods containing Wheat, Rye and Barley are to be avoided. Eating a stable and balanced gluten free diet will not cure you immediately but it helps to rebuild and repair the damage to your intestine. If you know somebody who is having similar problems, refer them to this website. You can sign up and get in contact with us. We are more than happy to help!

Best Wishes!
